REFERRAL PROGRAM

Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions- subscribers are those that pay to list on our website, referrers are those that refer realtors or property owners to take advantage of or marketing opportunity and list on the website www.prlocations.com, referral fees refer to the amount paid to a referrer, subscription fees refer to the fees a subscriber pays in order to be able to market themselves on the website www.prlocations.com, The Referral Program refers to the promotion that allows anyone to refer realtors or property owners to market themselves on the website www.prlocations.com for a referral fee. referral promotion duration refers to the length of time the promotion will be valid.

Referral Promotions are only valid for 2 years per subscriber, once the time limit is up, the subscription will continue, but the referral fees will no longer be valid, that will be the end of the promotion for the referrer to receive fees, if the subscriber cancels that will be the end of the promotion automatically, the subscriber will no longer be able to participate in the referral program, nor will the referral fees be reactivated, if the subscribers starts a new subscription, it will be considered a new subscription and not valid for the referral program, subscribers can only be entered into the referral program once, referrers will only receive payment during the two years time frame, after the limit is reach, the referrer will no longer receive any fees for that subscriber. The referrers are responsible to maintain the subscribers. If cancelled or the program has reached its limit, the referrer will still be able to refer new subscribers that will have a promotion duration of two years.
